We are searching for a structured and analytical Short-term Supply Planner for a temporary assignment until October 2023 to secure and optimize our supply of finished goods through your production- & material planning.

Your new role
As Short-Term Supply Planner you will be a part of the E2E Planning team, working closely with Supply- & Material Planners, Production, Masterdata and our material supply partners both in- & outside of Sweden. You will report directly to the Senior Planning Manager.
Your main objective is to fulfil the business requirements by managing the production plan and securing the material for your production plan while aligning with production teams & partners on a regular basis. You need to have a holistic and E2E understanding of your work and always have that mindset and analyze details in every level of the different areas. From time to time you will also be required to do root-cause analysis to understand any off-sets vs targets within your area of responsibility.
Your main tasks will be to:
Ensure an uninterrupted supply of finished products while balancing line availability, service & cost.
Ensure a seamless hand-over and alignment of the short-term plan to production teams.
Timely review of material supply- & call-offs to ensure your production plan can be met.
Escalate any potential risks & issues proactively.
BOM handling and phasing in- & out materials.
Updating and maintaining masterdata & planning rules in SAP.
Reporting and follow-up of production volumes & manufacturing adherence.
Participate in meetings related to your area of responsibility.
To be successful in this role you need to have:
A relevant academic degree is preferred
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Good analytical and reporting skills
Good understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain, preferably within a planning/production context.
Good Office skills and in particular Excel
Experience with SAP & APO
Good command of in Swedish and English
