P&C (HR) Digital Innovation Lead, All CCEP Locations

What do you become a part of:

Sitting within the People and Culture Digital Experience and Demand function, this visionary role focusses on how P&C applies disruptive technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation (IA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Translation technology on a Global Scale, and partners with BPT to make it a reality.

This role is focused on developing our strategies for infusing into our function these advanced, digital solutions that automate, simplify and enhance the workforce experience and enable P&C to redefine the role our people play within the function.

What you will do –

  • Become the key P&C partner to BPT on the application of disruptive technologies for P&C.
  • Support in the development of a Global strategy for the Future of Digital within P&C.
  • Delivery and execution to plan of initiatives that relate to AI, RPA, and AT technology through both continual improvement delivery & major transformational activities (i.e. extension of technologies into API). This role will partner closely with BPT for successful delivery of project outcomes. 
  • Build strong employee networks to gather feedback on how these technologies should be utilised, both directly and via the EX teams, that support in scoping solutions at both a local and global level. 
  • Accountable for executing a plan for People & Culture (P&C) around buying, maintaining and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-components in P&C systems, ensuring compliance with data protection (Data security, data privacy, Works Council related collective agreements).
  • Develop a roadmap of potential areas and technologies in the H2R-cycle where AI will play a significant role in the future. Examples include Talent Management (Talent and skills marketplace using AI to match skill and demand), Workforce Planning and further simplification of P&C processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for AI topics in the P&C field - advise and explain technologies and develop principles for their evaluation.
  • Play a lead role on vision for RPA in P&C.
  • Co-ordinate the identification and capture of further opportunities for automation, with a specific focus on using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation (IA) and AI within the People & Culture Function.
  • Assess the viability of ideas identified and agree prioritisation of suitable use cases with stakeholders. Ideation will come directly from employee feedback, working with People Services, Operational excellence & EX teams.
  • Project manage the implementation of prioritised automation cases with the support of the Automation CoE and People & Culture stakeholders.
  • Lead the Automated Translations Team, thinking through its broader application and use cases across P&C applications.
  • Research strategic future opportunities and continuously evaluate new technologies for business benefit, ensuring an agile “fail early” mechanism applied to confirm feasibility quickly.
  • Champion our automation strategy within People & Culture to support optimising our processes automating our existing systems where it makes sense to do so.
  • Initially, people manage the Automated Translations team with dotted line reporting of RPA resources from the Finance team.

What we expect from you –

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience of working in cross functional teams focused on digital, automation and innovation.
  • Process design knowledge, with experience of capturing business requirements and developing technical specifications.
  • Degree educated in relevant subject or equivalent qualification / experience (Technology and Innovation, Operational Excellence, Process Automation, Digitalization of process).
